Our mission is to make dance accessible for everyone. Holland Dance Festival is the only international dance biennial in the Netherlands. Dance inspires, and that is why we are so passionate about our work. We are proud to unlock the passion and power of dance and proud that we are able to connect people worldwide through dance. For more than 35 years! The next Holland Dance Festival edition will take place in February 2024. Once again, the festival promises to be a rich sampling of the most internationally significant and high-profile dance productions. Alongside our festival, we will present internationally renowned as well as talented national dance companies.
Holland Dance Festival believes that dance is for everyone: for professionals and amateurs, for people with and without physical or mental disabilities, for school children and for the elderly and every age category in between. Holland Dance Festival therefore organises a wide range of educational activities, special projects, workshops and ongoing, tailor-made teaching programmes for groups of all backgrounds, generations and social classes.

Are you a passionate dance teacher and looking for a varied workplace in the cultural field? Do you have an affinity with different target groups and do you know how to tackle them? Then our team of teachers is the perfect place for you! At Holland Dance Festival you will work in primary, secondary and special education, but also in nursing homes, rehabilitation centres or during the Holland Dance Festival. After all, dance is for everyone! An understanding of the Dutch language is mandatory.
