Uitfestival The Hague
From September 2 to 4, the new cultural season starts during the Uitfestival The Hague. If you’re in the area, you are welcome to visit the Holland Dance Festival stand during The Hagues’s Culturemarket. This is on Sunday, September 4 from 12.00 p.m. on the Lange Voorhout in The Hague.
There you can buy 2nd grade tickets with 25% discount on the spot for One of a Kind by the Stuttgarter Ballett or dive into the virtual dance world with our VR glasses. There will also be an outdoor program, including at 3.00 p.m. the performance Jij en ik en alle anderen | You and I and all the Others by Compagnie 21. Holland Dance Festival is co-producer of this special performance about two people who want to discover the world together. The world around them that keeps turning. To what extent can you and I determine the world? Without being too preoccupied with everyone else around us. The duet shows that people will always differ, just as they will always agree. Sometimes confusing, but mostly interested and loving. And what we love most are the things that flow through us. In the world, in you and in me.
You and Me and all the Others by Compagnie 21 can also already be seen on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 12:30 and 2:30 p.m. at Museum Beelden aan Zee in Scheveningen. The performance lasts about 20 minutes and is free, but admission to the museum is on presentation of a valid ticket or Museum Annual Card.
