Remuneration Policy
The remuneration and other terms of employment of staff employed by the foundation are determined by the Supervisory Board. In the case of fixed-term employment contracts that end by operation of law without notice, these are determined by the Executive Board. Stichting Holland Dance Festival does not employ any staff whose remuneration exceeds the applicable WNT (Standards for Remuneration Act) maximum. Members and the Chair of the Supervisory Board perform their duties on an unpaid basis.
Objective
The foundation’s objective is to promote the art of dance in the broadest sense of the word. It seeks to achieve this, among other things, by encouraging and organising special events in the field of dance.
