During the spectacular finale of the Rotterdam International Duet Choreography Competition (RIDCC) on Saturday evening, the winners were announced. Noé Chapsal (FR) won the prestigious XL Production Award with his debut creation VISCUM, securing a production budget of €100,000. His duet impressed the jury with its powerful physical expression, consistent energy, and mature artistic vision.
RIDCC 2025 was judged by an all-female jury led by Kristin de Groot. Various dance institutions also presented Partner Awards to support emerging talent.

Audience Award
The Audience Award went to Louis Thuriot & Patricia George (RAKKE), a mother-and-son duo, funded by donations collected during the final. This year, the audience raised more than €1,500 to support their favorite duet of the evening.
