An unforgettable opening of the nineteenth edition of Holland Dance Festival

On January 24, Holland Dance Festival 2024 opened with a special surprise gala 'Future of Dance', dedicated to Mavis Staines.
In the presence of Princess Beatrix, Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien, the (young) stars of the future presented their dance talents. Paul Bronkhorst, director of Omscholing Dansers Nederland, was also presented with the Jiří Kylián Ring for his important work for the Dutch dance world.
