Join the Mega Wandel Marathon of Stichting het Gehandicapte Kind!

A soft but warm sun is high in the sky. The birds are singing and the grass is coloured by the first crocuses. Get your walking shoes and join the Mega Wandel Marathon (Mega Walking Marathon) on Saturday 17 May: The best walking festival for everyone!
The route then takes you past special places in Arnhem that are accessible to wheelchairs and walking frames. There will be plenty of entertainment along the way, including music and (final) performances. Choose one of the four distances (4 km, 10 km, 21 km, 42 km) and get sponsored to raise money for projects that give children with disabilities the chance to participate in school, playgrounds and sports clubs.
The marathon is an initiative of Stichting het Gehandicapte Kind. The organisation works for a society in which children with and without disabilities grow up together. All information about the Mega Wandel Marathon can be found on the website: www.megawandelmarathon.nl/
