Dance plays an essential role in contributing to a healthy life. More than ever at a time when many people are facing physical and mental challenges. Dance for Health activities are supported by resources on the use and contribution of dance obtained from research. Holland Dance Festival and Dance & Creative Wellness Foundation present “A Roadmap for Dance in Healthcare” - a three-hour intensive, on the necessary conditions to build a sustainable, valuable and socially supported dance plan. A plan to develop effective, functional and dance-based approaches to strengthen the position of the relationship between dance and health. Join us in this interactive session on strategies and tools to discover together how dance can be used and implemented in locally or nationally supported initiatives, contributing to social, mental and physical well-being. The language of communication for this afternoon is English.
