You're never too old to dance, and this is proven by our weekly dance class series, Good [old] Times. For many years, the Holland Dance Festival has been organizing these dance classes specifically for individuals aged 55 and older. Dance is the language that communicates, connects, and captivates without the need for words. Moreover, it stimulates the production of so-called 'happiness hormones'.

Good [old] Times is open to anyone aged 55 and older who wants to enjoy dancing. The Holland Dance Festival offers multiple classes catering to various skill levels; there's something for everyone.
In the Modern Basic course, participants work on the fundamentals of modern dance under the guidance of professional dance instructors from the Holland Dance Festival. The emphasis in these classes is on dancing together with joy as the primary motivation. Everyone aged 55 and older, with or without dance experience, is welcome in the basic course. If you're looking for something extra, you can join the Modern Plus course.
