Annette Embrechts, journalist at de Volkskrant, shares her theater tip with listeners of the radio program De Ochtend.
According to the theater and dance critic, the performance not to be missed is Talent On The Move. During the performance, a new generation of dance talents from Codarts Rotterdam shows what they have to offer as they prepare for their (future) professional careers.
The collaboration between Codarts Rotterdam and Holland Dance Festival offers students a stage throughout the country. Dancing for an audience, controlling energy and keeping your nerves under control are not the standard skills you learn in school, according to Annette. During the Talent On The Move Tour, you "watch the dancers crawl out of the egg," while you, the audience, enjoy high-quality dance.
That is not all. According to Annette, there are many more reasons to visit the performance.
